"I have been a client of State Farm insurance since the early 1980s and switched to the Tony Lopez State Farm insurance agency when I moved to the Hunters Creek area of Orlando 20 plus years ago. I have moved around the Orlando area before settling in Lake Mary. I have many State Farm agents in my area, but have always received excellent service and attention to my needs from the Tony Lopez agency and have no desire to change. I would highly recommend his agency for any and all insurance needs."

"El día miércoles 04/17/2024 . Me sentí muy INCOMODO y OFENDIDO . porque estando en la oficina del agente Tony López . Ubicada . En 12908 S. Orange Blossom Trail , Orlando . Mientras fui atendido de muy buena manera por el señor Gabriel Cañizares . El cual conozco desde hace 2 años del primer día que compré la póliza de mi auto en esa oficina y siempre me atendió EXCELENTE tanto en persona las veces que fui a su oficina igual todas las veces que lo llame a su oficina . Ese días miércoles abril 17 . Luego de solicitarle toda la información sobre mi renovación de la póliza de mi auto . Gabriel muy educadamente como siempre lo había hecho me dio toda la información. Y luego educadamente me acompañó hasta la puerta de la oficina a despedirme . Y en ese momento la señora RAQUEL . le hizo un comentario a Gabriel y lo mandó a dentro de su oficina, actitud el cual no me apareció ETiCO de la forma que se dirigió hacia el señor Gabriel, delante de mi persona allí en el lobby . Por esa situación solicité hablar personalmente con el Señor Tony López para darle mi opinión y hacerles otros comentarios de su oficina y preguntas de mi póliza . El cual fue imposible hablar con él . porque el señor Rob Castro me manifestó que el señor Tony se encontraba ocupado con otro cliente le manifesté que yo podía esperar ser atendido y el señor Rob me manifestó que por su agenda no me podía atender ese día . Y que esperara una llamada de vuelta de Tony López . Y ya hoy es Viernes 19 de abriel 2024 y aún el señor Tony López nunca llamó . Como no le importa la opinión de un cliente oh y si Le causa molesta que los clientes vayan a la oficina a buscar información oh resolver algún inconveniente sobre alguna póliza . Es mejor no ir más a esa oficina y buscarse otro Agente de seguro donde nos den mejor trato . Señor Tony López . Gracias ."

"Wounderful and kind. Pleasure to speak with! Raquel and Alex a wonderful I also dealt with a gentleman called Daylin. He’s very nice also but to speak truth ,twice he told me he’d call me back and twice he did not. I absolutely understand that people are busy. However I would expect a phone call either way at least the following day,but once again, Raquel and Alex, and also Daylen a wonderful just tell Daylen call back people that he says he’s gonna call back and everything will be wonderful .all the best to you guys. I really respect and like your company."

"Huge RANT to State Farm-Tony Lopez. On January 8, my 17yo son came home from school and immediately headed for the pantry, where he stepped on our hardwood floor and noticed water bubbling up between the planks. The water had not been there when I went into the pantry to make his lunch at 630 am. He called my husband at work and my husband came home and determined the water was coming from the water line on the back of the refrigerator. He turned the water off to the fridge and called our contractor who came over and pulled up the hardwood in the kitchen, pantry, and part of our hallway and placed fans so mold would not form. My husband called State Farm and started a claim. Several days later Xavier, an adjuster said he would do a virtual tour of the damage so he called and through my phone he videoed and recorded the damage. Then came the long wait as they "investigated" the damage. Well after almost 8 weeks they determined they are not paying for any of the damage. They state they only pay for sudden leaks and they determined our leak was a slow continual leak that just became apparent to us when the water had no where to go except up between the planks. While talking to Joe, a second adjuster that called, he stated that Xaviar had recorded in our file that the leak was a spray and it took 20 minutes to fill a coffee cup. I was flabbergasted and extremely upset that this false information was written in our file. First the leak was not a spray, it was a stream, and they never visualized the leak because the water was turned off and the fridge was back against the wall when they did their video. Also, we never measured the leak with any container to determine a length of time, instead we immediately turned off the water to stop the leak. Joe said that Xaviar must have mentioned a hypothetical question where he asked us to estimate the length of time it would take for a cup to fill up with water. This is a lie, we were never asked about any time frame for any type of container to fill. The only time frame I was asked about is when did we discover the water and when was the previous time we had been in that room. This false documentation by a State Farm employee is unethical and I wonder how many times they have written false information in other customers files. I have expressed my dismay to Tony Lopez' office, and to a claims department manager and they do not seem concerned. They said they "noted" in the file that we disagree with this statement and that they didn't use that information to determine their decision to deny our claim. I have asked for the video and the audio recording so I can prove that nothing about a spray, a coffee cup or a time to fill the cup was discussed but they have closed my claim and have not provided the video and audio. We need to find a new homeowners and car insurance company ASAP!!"
