"Dealing with this insurance agency has been the first and only one negative experience with an insurance company. Here are the reasons why: 1. You can't get a quote and sign it and pay it online. You are referred to an insurance agency. 2. I got a policy for 4 cars and 4 persons. The insurance later split the policy into 4 policies, 1 per each person, but 3 policies related to 1 that had common coverages shared with the others. THEY SAID THAT'S COMPANY POLICY, NOT THEIR WILL. I WAS NOT ADVISED THAT WILL HAPPEN WHEN SIGNED THE POLICY. 3. From that moment, each person had to register into their individual account to make payments. I used to pay for everybody. Despite that I was the person who signed the papers with State Farm, the person they kept in the contract covering parts of the other persons was not me and I have no access to that. They took me out a right without my consent. 4. Everytime I call about my policy, I needed to tell the representative they split the account. I don't know if they didn't see that in my account or they weren't enough competent to see it. 5. I bought an additional car. I needed in the dealer to get a policy for that car. I called State Farm and I got it. My intention was obviously to get a policy ASAP and after, do the homework at home get a better policy with another insurance company and cancel that one. I did that. 6. I didn't traded in the car I had insuranced with SF. I kept it as a backup car and borrow it to a relative or friend if needed it. For that reason I called SF to modify the policy for that car downgrading it to the minimum required by my State Laws. I advised them the reason why and they agreed. At the same time I cancelled the policy of the new car with them according to my plans. I could keep both cars in the same policy because 1 had a full coverage and the other one a PIP only. 7. Some months later, The person who had the "main policy" decided to get coverage from other company and later, SF sent me a letter asking for more money. I called them and they told me they were billing me the coverage I had in the "main policy". They wanted that money. I explained I called them to modify MY policy, the policy of MY car. The lady stand in her company grounds and I didn't pay. Weeks later I received a letter saying my policy will expire earlier than expected if I don't pay. They prorated the policy to get the money. 8. I emailed Tony Lopez. HE NEVER ANSWERED THE EMAIL IN ANY WAY. GOOD BYE STATE FARM. WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER. MOST INCOMPETENT REPRESENTATIVES EVER."
